With fall in full swing, it’s that time of year where people start avoiding the outdoors and start making time to get together again. Whether it’s for a sporting event, holiday, or just to socialize, we made a list of some of our favorite fall finger foods that your guests will love! Fall is a time of year that we at Saint Germain Catering love! There are so many fabulous fall foods and fun activities; pumpkin carving, apple picking, drinking spiced cider or pumpkin lattes just a few to name. So, fall, we welcome you with open arms.

Roasted Butternut Squash and Mozzarella Skewers
Although small, don’t be fooled by the amount of flavor they pack! These skewers are perfect for casual hors d’oeuvres with friends or for an elegant gathering with clients. Easy to eat, and the combination of textures and flavors will take your guests by surprise and leave them wanting more!

Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites with Mascarpone Cream Cheese
What was once a cult favorite is now the perfect addition to any fall party! These mini bites are not only hearty, but will give your guests something to talk about. The mixture of salty and sweet makes for a perfect before-or-after dinner treat. The best part is you can have a little fun with these- try adding bacon to the waffle mix or top it with Mascarpone Cream Cheese to give it a more sophisticated flavor.

Mini Pies
Growing up, all dinner parties ended with either a cake or pie leaving little options. Try making a variety of mini pies! Guest can have their choice of flavors, and will leave them wanting more. The possibilities are endless, and feel free to cut them in half for guests to mix and match!

Fall flavored waters
Not all drinks at a party have to be cocktails! Try making a pitcher of flavored water by using seasonal fruits and herbs to spice up the water. Try mixing cranberries with cloves or mint to take water from ordinary to festive! Also great with sparkling water!
