Saint Germain Catering owner, Mina Ebrahimi, brings a unique gourmet perspective to this 15 year old catering business. Her belief in the philosophy that “combining the best quality ingredients with creative preparation provides the client with the finest cuisine,” is the catalyst that drives this award winning Tysons Corner based company. She has a hands-on approach to her business, working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service. In 1998, Mina translated her passion for cooking, creating memorable events, and making people happy into a business—Saint Germain Catering. In the beginning, Saint Germain’s specialized in delivering fresh lunches to hungry working men and women and serving tasty food at local events. But Mina had a grander vision in mind, and she quickly transformed the business into a full-service catering company serving weddings, business luncheons, special events, and private parties.

Another of Mina’s philosophies is that good food is an art. Mina loves working with people. She is skilled in understanding the specific needs of each individualized event and takes great pride in a record of superb customer satisfaction. This customer satisfaction record is due in part to Mina’s ability to attract enthusiastic and quality employees to the Saint Germain Catering team. The versatility and service of Mina’s select team has kept her customer base growing with many new as well as repeat clients.

Mina is also a local philanthropist. She and the team at Saint Germain Catering have donated countless hours and services within the Washington DC area and as far north as Philadelphia and the surrounding community with organizations such as Operation Homefront, PennVet and Bite Me Cancer.
